Presentation - TFA s.r.o.

The engineering company TFA s.r.o. Kostelec nad Orlicí (Czech Republic) was founded in 1993 and it has a tradition in manufacturing machinery for textile industry. At present, we are focused to four principal fields of engineering and cooperation:
- together with the Research Institute of Textile Machines, Liberec, we produce and supply pneumatic weaving looms for treating long glass fiber, e.g., for the SAINT GOBAIN group of producers.
- manufacturing in cooperation and custom-made engineering, including assembly according to the customer-supplied drawing documentation, custom-made complete machines and units, custom-made individual sets and subsets, individual precisely machined parts, using the following technologies: common machining, turning, milling, surface and round grinding, drilling, CNC precise machining, horizontal units up to 1200 x 1000 x 700 mm, weldments and gas shielded welding, welded materials: stainless steel, construction steel, recorded 3D measurements
- our own development and manufacturing: modular clamping system USS, assigned for clamping workpieces for the CNC machining units, NC machining units, both vertical and horizontal. The clamping system is based on the principle of versatile holder, enabling reproducible and simple machining of various products and replaces thus the complicated and cost-consuming manufacturing of jigs. USS minimizes costs for TPV (technological prepafration of manufacturing), high stiffness, long service life, immediate reaction on the manufacturing demands, fast installation of the clamping device, fast fulfillment of production, and individual clamping of the workpiece. The sets are supplied in several basic dimensions and in a complete set of mutually combinable components. The product is covered by EU patent.
For our customers we provide the service of designing, we are able to communicate in English and Russian languages, and we are experienced with supplies to the EU countries, U. S. A., Russia and countries of the former Soviet Union.
