It can be installed in all directions. Main materials 1. Shell: aluminum alloy (frame: 025-090), cast iron (frame: 110-150); 2. Worm: 20Cr, carburized and quenched, tooth surface hardness 56-62HRC, after fine grinding to maintain carburized layer thickness 0.3-0.5mm; 3. Worm gear: wear-resistant tin bronze. Surface coating Aluminum alloy shell: 1. Shot blasting treatment, and then by special anti-corrosion treatment, to maintain silver-white metal feeling, and resistance to gasoline, xylene and other organic solvents corrosion: 2. After phosphating treatment, spray RAL5010 blue or silver paint. Cast iron shell: first coated with red anti-rust paint, then spray RAL5010 blue paint.
