In Nisshin City of Aichi Prefecture, we manufacture / process / sell precision springs with forming machines. We can process a range of materials such as iron, brass, copper, stainless steel, aluminum, hard steel wire, piano wire, etc. The processible range includes diameters of 0.3phi to 7.0phi, and we can handle up to approximately 600 mm of the product developed length. We also process prototypes / assemblies. If you need multi-forming spring processing / line plate spring processing, please contact us. We will be definitely of your help in wire product processing through fully-automated molding, and quality / time of delivery / cost. In particular, the forming fabrication has the advantage of maintaining product precision because similar to press work, products are molded with dies holding them. The forming fabrication has also excellent speed and superior mass-productivity. The NC forming fabrication has a useful function to create products in various shapes through programming. It can also accommodate a wide variety of products in small lots. We are engaged in our business with the approach "We put our heart and soul into every product".
